Dear Sir, My baby boy is one month 5 days old. . After every feed he is doing poop...and the weight of the baby is 3.9 kg ..now...At new born his weight was 3.4kg..is this normal

give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and give sunbath every morning

That’s Probably maybe your child support with jaundice after word which is very common to lose down a little bit of weight during that time So I just advise you now exclusively breastfeed the child things are going to be better and train passes motion like this in 15 to 20 days
