Q.

Dear sir/mam..... it's my humble request...now i am 25 yrs old... breastfeeding mother of 9 months old baby...day by day im loosing my weight..now my weight is 46... please give suggestions for this... sometimes i feel very bad about my weight...please please suggest some solutions

A. You must get your thyroid level checked abd to s your periods regular or not and I course protein rich foods in diet and have healthy fats like include desi ghee in meals and start taking proteinex in milk twice a dayv

You should actually get a check with your doctor for thyroid sometimes women can suffer with hyperthyroid which makes them lose their where so it could be a possibility that their sales in harmony and if it is not dail that’s good for that and you should consult a nutritionist to help you increase the weight of yours
