Dear Sir/Madam, My 3.8 Yrs Girl Having Dry Cough Since One Month. I Have Given Citrizine & Amoxycilin Antibiotic With Doctors Consultation But Only Temporary Relief She Got..Please Suggest to Fully Qure This Cough

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3.8 years old and she is having a dry cough since last one month so deworm her and give her syrup Tus Q D 5 ml three times a day
