Respect sir/madam my son suffering from dry cough which medicine use how much dose will given please suggest me . my son age 3 yr 4 m old

PallaviMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...dry cough can be allergic cough too...better ons check with ur pediatrician...this seems like a problem which should be seen by a medical professional....i would suggest you see a doctor to know if there is anything to worry about and to know why this is happening ..
