dear sir/Madam, I have lost approx 15 kg weight after delivery..My baby age is 1 yr 2 m.she is breastfeeding baby also..please help me how to gain weight and which specialist doctors I need to consult ?

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello reducing too !uch weight can also be due to some medical reason and better to check with your doctor and she may advise with some test that can help to know and accordingly your doctor will be able to guide you and also have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet
