Q.

Dear Sir I have two kids Both are having very thin body structure. but very active. eating alot. One is of 7 years and other is of 13 years. My boy is of 13 years how can I improve his height.

A. for weight offer foods as potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs banana dry fruit ghee butter cheese in moderate amount.. maintain gap between feeds. for height.. involve in stretching exercise as touching the feet with hands in standing or sitting position.. give proteins cereals whole grains milk and dairy products..
