dear sir as per Dr advice he says that injection is pain less but baby feeling pain and little swelling in that area as per your advice ice formation or heat therepy is good if required

A. yes can give when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply icec over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
