Include calcium rich food like daal, Palak, ragi, jowar, curd, paneer, dry fruits in your diet ...
Also u can take vit d supplement in your routine once in 2 weeks...
Have 2 to 3 litre of water per day..
And as it seems you are mother of new born so rest as much as possible ..
Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. A new mother also need and proper nutrition diet and supplements too to regain the strength of a body. Add all good homemade diet food which includes all good nutrition like iron, protein and calcium and consult with the supplements also.
