dear Respected mam please tell me after pregnancy weakness i feel pain back side or joint pain so what should eat tell me some foods or medicine

A. Hello mam, It’s a common problem post pregnancy .. do not worry just keep a healthy diet pattern Include calcium rich food like daal, Palak, ragi, jowar, curd, paneer, dry fruits in your diet ... Also u can take vit d supplement in your routine once in 2 weeks... Have 2 to 3 litre of water per day.. And as it seems you are mother of new born so rest as much as possible ..

A. A new mother also need and proper nutrition diet and supplements too to regain the strength of a body. Add all good homemade diet food which includes all good nutrition like iron, protein and calcium and consult with the supplements also.
