Dear mummy when my baby eats food or drink water sometimes he got crispy some people what they do they just dab on soft area on head ???? is this cause any issue plz reply my baby is 9 months old

A. jab baby khuch khata hai toh use cought jaise hone lagta hai toh kuch log uske soft head m dap karte hai aise karna sahi hai kiya
