Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

Its Hey Siri so I think it is going to be on the salty side only sweet is mostly with porridge and oats but if you go for Khichdi or something like that whatever you think you are using to make it whatever millet or green it is going to be salty only so just go ahead with salt into that food
