Q.

#AskTheExpert hello... My baby is 9 and a half month old...after 7 months I started giving her semi solid food... But now she is not eating anything with sweet taste....however she is liking salty taste... I wanted to ask shall I start giving her khichdi with salt? Or cooked sabzee..?

A. yes mam definitely you should start giving salty foods yes the content of the salt should be regulated it should not be in excess and you can give Khichdi dal rice cooked vegetables and everything little by little that is traditionally been cooked in your kitchen but with less spices of course the more you keep natural the more your child will develop his taste buds with whatever you are cooking traditionally
