Dear Mam/Sir, My baby boy is 2.5 months old...he is having watery stool (yellow/green) after every feed since his birth and having severe gas problem... is it normal or any problem in his stomach?

A. yes, some newborns do pass multiple times stools.. but it resolves by 1.5 to 2 months.. if he is not gaining weight properly, do consult with Paedritician in person.
