if a child is showing any other discomfort like fever , mucus in stool , constant stomach pain etc along with it then you should consult your pediatrician.
as green stool can be result of imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk ,I advise to feed your child on each breast atleast 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well.
make changes in your diet as it could be reaction of food which you ate.
