A. hi mom can give good home cooked meals mix veg dal khichdi with ghee paneer parathas dal rice curd rice soup rice add nuts powder in milk lassi fresh fruit milkshakes

A. Hello! By now your child should be eating all the healthy home-made foods that you really prepare for your family. There should be no different diet for the child and the other family members. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits, and dairy in the daily diet.
