A. In 7 months, most of the food will remain same as 6 months like lentil puree, mashed banana and boiled potato, ragi and sooji porridge, apple, pear and carrot puree, mixed vegetable soup, home made cerelac, etc. Feed 3 main meals and 4-5 times milk. From 8th month, you can also include yolk of a boiled egg, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, khichdi, dalia, oats with nuts, etc.
