Protein rich food as this is a growing phase .. carbohydrates, fibres, vitamins and minerals are all essential. Always opt for home cooked food, stay away from junk. ensure that water intake is good for smooth digestion. I give TruVitals kids gummies for multivitamins for immunity. My child is a fussy eater and falls sick often.

you can give small quantity of soji halava sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc
