dear gynecologist, recently i skipped my periods, pregnancy kit gave positive result, my beta HCG is 3052, but I am bleeding slightly, in viability scan no gestational sac visible, so they asked me to get beta HCG test again and asked to get viability test after a week, but today I bleed heavily like periods more than 3 pads I changed I have seen some big blood clot too, is it means miscarriage or still I can hope for continuing pregnancy, doctor asked me to get scan again
