Dear dr...my kid is of 3yr 1 month old...he is having mild autism problem..can u plz suggest the food ...as i came to know food plays a mojor role to cure autism. Therapist said need to give gluten free casin free food... actually I need complete food chart..lk what to give by wat time...plz help me

Hi parent home made fresh seasonal food is the best. probiotics , seasonal fruits and millets should be included more. take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning don't use demineralized water use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
