dear Dr, my baby is 98 days now and I think my breast milk is not enough for him and I ask my Dr he suggest me to give nan pro 1 and I got my period also but my in-laws and my husband is not agreeing for nana pro can u suggest something

feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions.
feed more frequently for more production.
eat protein rich diet

See If you do not have sufficient breastfeeding what are you going to feed your child if your family is going to oppose because it’s important for a child to have met you cannot give any animal milk to the child for the time being so it is very important that you go ahead with what your doctor is suggesting an ask your husband to understand that it is important for me to give formula feeding but I do not have sufficient breastfeed it
