dear Dr my baby boy is 14 months old and was having running nose and sneezing for 2 days and from yesterday that symptoms subside and coughing and nasal congestion started.. not having fever..we have given him solving cold drops for 3 days .. kindly guide further treatment

See it would be good that you have a check up with your paediatrician on this as viral infections are spreading quite a lot these days maybe this could be due to a viral infection only further what medication treatment would be required the doctor would guide you after physically examining your child
