Dear doctor my son is 3 months old and there is roughness at the corner of nose and also colour changes kindly suggest

A. Try to apply coconut oil on that part of the nose daily. Try this for 10-15 days , i think it will be alright. If it continues and spreads on the other parts then pls consult dermatologist . Some times it can be ajun allergy
