dear doctor, my son is 3 months and 18 days old, from yesterday he is suffering from little daiherria, when he starts to drink milk. he starts doing little daiherria. two to three times a day..plz suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite .
supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration srhould be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be given like enterogermina or econormc in a proper dose .
Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .
