my baby boy 18 month now he suffering fever, he did not eat and drink anything only breastfeeding...

yes it is normal that one lose his /her appetite during sickness.
so just keep your trying best
you can serve food as per your child taste which will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
rub onion slices on your child chest and back ,it will definitely help to cure fever.
give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
