Dear Doctor, My Son is 2 year 10 months old and he weighs only 12 kgs. His weight is almost the same from last 10 months. He is growing tall but not putting up weight. He is very active and plays a lot through out the day. Should we be worried because of his weight. kindly suggest any tips
