Q.

Dear Doctor, my daughter completed 6 months and starting in 7th months. Her weight is very low and mother's milk is not enough for her. so please suggest the foods to increase her weight. we are giving Idly, Banana, rice, dal, apple and fruit fresh juices.

A. to stsr t you can give any like.banana or apple or khichdi.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. dear mother along with the diet you are already following you must also start introducing curd white paneer boil potatoes the Giving fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables is highly recommended other than this is Suji Kheer Suji halwa Suji cheela besan cheela vegetable suits some roasted vegetables broccoli spinach soup can be added giving of Ragi porridge wheat porridge is also highly recommended
