please make different dishes for your child like yogurt with fresh fruit fruit chat veg paneer pulav upma daliya idli masala khichdi with fresh veggies mix veg paratha with paneer and cheese aloo paratha etc
you can give small quantity of soji halva sira rab laddu khir pancakes with dryfruits

if you're child is Happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
