Dear Doctor my baby is 29 days old and her top skin is shrikink and she is getting thinner what should I do..?

Sir It would be better that you please consult your paediatrician ones because if you think that the skin is becoming thin day by day then it could be due to some skin issue or some another issue which I am really not much aware about so it would be advisable to consult your paediatrician ones
