dear doctor, my baby is 15 months.her tounge is full or white dirt. hoq can we reduce that.. is there any health isue because of that

A. the baby is 15 months of age baby is having white dirt on the tongue most of the times it is coated tongue we have to maintain hygiene properly sometimes it can be fungal infection also better consult doctor
