A. can use all kids — regardless of their skin tone — wear sunscreen with an spf of 30 or higher. sunscreen can and should be safely used for children 6 months and older. spf is the measure of how well a sunscreen blocks uvb rays. currently, most dermatologists recommend you have a sunscreen with an spf of at least 30 or higher. at least two tablespoons of sunscreen, or 1 ounce, should be used to cover all surfaces of thez skin, except the eyelids. there are multiple brand available in india from various good brands anzd can go for any good brand with spf > / =30.
