dear doc saravan has white patche like appeared around the mouth and red rash like also present please suggest some medicine

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good as hygiene .
