Q.

Dear Doc, my baby boy is 5th month old and we have observed that my boy's one testicle is little bigger in size than second testicle. I have observed carefully that there is little liquid like fluid inside scrotum around testicle which is bigger. when baby had born at that time we have checked and it was normal both testicles are of same size but since last 2 month, we have observed this change. also we have observed that when scrotum is tight at that time both testicles are same and we have not observing size difference but when scrotum is loose at that time only we have observed mismatch size of testicles. please guide us on this what can we do here.. e request you

A. it may be a normal phenomena that you are observing but sometimes fluid accumulation is seen in some disorders so better to meet your doctor for examination. . . .
