Dear All,my son is 2years 9 months old and doing green poop since 7-8 days rest he has no issues and does not take any medication. What could be the reason for green poop

Teething could be happening with your child specially when premolars are about to come so that could lead to discoloured motion or it could be due to stomach infection anyways 728 time is not good it’s important for you to consult your doctor as it could be due to an infection as well
