you should have a proper sitting posturef as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapyf.

First you have to understand why you are having back pain what is the problem according to that only anything can be provided but as of now if you want you can probably use a heat pad that is what is going to be helpful and also start doing back related yoga that is going to give you a permanent relief with time
