daughter having fever from last 6 days where temperature goes upto 102.8F. All the blood test are negative so far. Urine culture report is awaiting. please suggest as fever is continuously coming after 4-6 hours

A. It could be just a viral infection because that is spreading a lot right now and I can easily take about 7 to 10 days to subside completely but the fever is really on the higher side so which is start doing cold sponging that it helps a lot in reducing down the temperature also since the urine culture is not available right now the report has associated with that only
