Daughter has severe cough and cold, in night unable to sleep, she is getting fever 5-6 hours once , then body is getting chill, is this normal to have fever like this

It’s normal kind of fever no need not worry about that but yes at the same time if your child is having so much of difficulty and sleeping in the night try nebulising the child usually helps a lot in opening up the nasal passage for better breathing and if the fever does not subside completely by completing the time of three days and you need to go for further assistance
