RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl6 months agoA. You can apply cucumber juice every night before sleeping and after a bath in the morning that is going to be good start with a multivitamin supplement and avoid having too much of screen time try to take a sleep for at least 8 to 9 hours at a stretch
