A. Initially you can start with one solid or semi solid meal per day and then increase gradually. Start with Dal Ka Pani or rice Ka Pani or any one fruit puree or mashed banana or stewed apple or any one vegetable puree or clear vegetable soup. Give daliya only after 1-2 weeks of starting solids. Give sips of water in between meals.
