Hey a small daliya, look it like the way you would cook rice or upma with veggies
You can pressure cook it to make khichdi as well
Add some ghee, jeera, carrots, French beans, tomatoes in it

add moong dal and dalia, fry with little ghee add a pinch of turmeric and water and cook in pressure cooker..
you may make kheer with dalia.. for natural sweetness add date syrup or little jaggery..
