A. give all family foods to your child the way you prepare in your house according to the regional food preferences. give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups Grains Pulses , powdered nuts Egg and Nonveg especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables which are found to be lacking in infant diet. about 400-500 mL of milk but instead of giving only as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.

A. Hello there, mam please do not worry about it too much. If your baby is active and having food properly. Also add egg, chicken cheese, ragi porridge, fresh fruit, soaked nuts and all home-made food which you are making for other family members. Thanks and take care.
