Sonam PatelMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child1 Year agoA. Hi, sharing my experience. When my baby got diarrhea, there were few things that the doctor suggested 1- Reduce wheat intake. So, we gave more of rice and soft diet. 2- Stop cow milk. Cow milk is the major culprit when it comes to stomach related issues. As your baby is just 1 year old, continue with formula with prebiotics like Aptamil Gold stage 3. It will help in keeping the gut healthy. 3- Doctor will also prescribe prebiotics and meds. 4- Give ORS or more water so that the baby is hydrated. 5- Give enough rest. Hope this helps. Take care. POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Sabudana or sago water is an excellent cure for loose motion in babies! Boil sabudana in a boiler till it completely immerses in water. Strain and give the water to your child to help maintain his body fluids and provide relief.
