Currently im of 75kg my weight should be around 58kgs Do drinking shatavari i will lose weight or gain weight?

It is not going to help you in gaining weight or losing weight it is only going to be benefiting to increase your breastfeeding if you are breastfeeding mother that’s about it that is the only job of the powder that you are taking still if you have a doubt about it you can always check with your doctor
