Q.

Currently I am giving formula feed to my baby due to insufficient milk. could you please suggest me the food intake to increase the breast milk

A. hello you can take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion along with fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabakky and fenugreek which can help and alternatively you can also give infant formula milk using a b p a free bottle like babyhug
