Mediker and Spoo first one is basically for the issue of lies and knits in the head and the second one is for dandruff so you can go ahead with that about the shampoo you can use on an alternate day basis which would be helpful in clearing the scalp of the child

Spoo and Nezoral both are good the first one is kids brand second one is a pharmacy product for the second one you can confirm with the doctor it’s one of the best products that you can use for dandruff so connect with the Dr before you use the second one otherwise the first one is for kids you can use that
