You can feed foods like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, chicken and fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, seasonal fruits, boiled egg, omelette, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, pan cake, waffle and milk with variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
