Could a doctor please suggest the best daily superfoods or meals for a breastfeeding mother to stay fit, healthy, and energetic, preferably easily available in the local market?

A. protein food, fenugreek seeds socked water , and spinach , Moringa ,Methi leaf vegetables, panner are good for breast milk

A. yeah, take protein. Calcium curd milk, Panee fruits some Laddu’s for dry fruits, Paneer all types, I means is best. Avoid some spices and oily and some flour like

A. All kind of millets grains veg and non-veg protein that is what you need to consume you can also have good amount of fibre and fluids and all kind of legumes which would be very healthy during this super duper healthy and energetic at the same time
