cough in my son since 3 days with no other symptoms... giving him anti allergy and cough syrup.is this due to changing weather

Along with the medicine that you are giving I’m going to currently recommend you that you should definitely massage the chest and throat of your child with warm mustard oil and hot compress that will help and congestion in chest then you should nebulise also
