cough in my 3 month old baby .pls suggest some home remedies

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol cavn be give n to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Hi parent Keep a bowl full of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far over night take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning after 10 massage her with Babyhug massage oil breast feed her and don't consume the food that is heavy to digest
