Q.

cook rice well or do mixie make it in a semi solid consistency like kanji food should not be too liquid or too hard for babies

A. I will. advice to avoid completely blended rice for baby.. cook it extra soft, mash it, and offer on semi solid consistency.. may give rice kangi, ragi malt, dal pani, fruit and vegetables puree

A. hi dear From around 6 months, after your baby has had their first tastes, rice is perfectly fine to offer to little ones. It's a great source of carbohydrates, which provide the energy that babies need to grow and develop as well as contributing to their protein, calcium and B-vitamin intakes.
