Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if reqruired like ibuprofen and uimefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

When you haven’t given any details as to for how many days your child is having fever what is the temperature and all the other important thing so I will suggest you is a fever has been continuous or if it has been more than three days then you can get a blood test done for your child for thatWrite Your Answer Here
