A. Hello good morning !! Include fibre rich foods Fruits and vegetables,cereals,millets rich in fibre help in increasing bowel movements . This will avoid constipation . Give more water,fluids ,papaya,pear, orange, banana,grapes,prunes ,curd,ragi,jowar are rich in fibre ,so include them in kid's diet. Do tummy massage with warm coconut or caster oil to relieve from gas and constipation issues.
